PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Front upper arm repair kit to suit all Mini and Moke models.

This kit rebuilds one front suspension upper arm assembly and includes the key parts needed to repair wear in the pivot shaft and bearing area. The front upper arm is a critical suspension component, and lack of regular greasing can cause the pivot shaft, needle bearings and seals to wear much faster than they should.

In severe cases, the shaft can rust into the bearings, causing the arm to pivot incorrectly in the subframe rather than on the shaft. This can lead to poor suspension movement, noise, wear and unsafe handling.

WHY REPLACE IT?

Worn front upper arm components can affect ride height, wheel control, suspension movement and handling. Rebuilding the upper arm with the correct kit helps restore proper suspension operation and prevents further damage to the subframe and surrounding components.

IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTE

The front upper arm pivot area must be cleaned, inspected and greased correctly during assembly. After fitting, the suspension should be checked for free movement and the vehicle’s wheel alignment inspected if required.
