This Stage One tuning kit is one of the best upgrades you can fit to a Mini sedan if you want stronger performance without going overboard. It combines a free-flowing Maniflow extractor, RC40 Cooper S/GT spec exhaust system, and upgraded inlet manifold to help your Mini breathe properly.

The result is improved exhaust flow, sharper throttle response, and a noticeable performance gain compared with the standard restrictive setup.

Carburettor Fitment

This kit suits Minis running a 1-1/2″ or 1-3/4″ SU carburettor.

[C-AHT770] – Inlet manifold for 1.50″ & 1.75″ SU
[AYG142] – Inlet/exhaust manifold gasket
[RC40FK] – Exhaust fitting kit
