CLASSIC MINI (& OTHER BMC CARS) HYDROLASTIC SUSPENSION PUMP

This is a hydrolastic pump that is fantastic for home use on the ‘wet’ system suspension. This pump will also pump up metro hydrogas units as well as any car fitted with hydrolastic units.

Certain Minis have “wet” or “hydrolastic” suspensions. They are travelling on four bags that contain pressurised fluid that resembles antifreeze. The systems need to be pumped up because they are prone to losing pressure as they age. You might not be able to do this in your local garage! To maintain the “wet” cars on the road, you, your mechanic, or your club might wish to spend some money on this special pump. Along with any vehicle equipped with hydrolastic units, this pump can also pump up metro hydrogas units.
