This sill repair panel fits along the lower side of the body and is ideal for repairing rust, damage or poor previous repairs in the sill area. Made as a near-perfect match to the original profile, including the correct folds, it gives a clean and practical repair section for one of the most common rust-prone areas on a Mini.

At 1.4 metres long, the panel is long enough to replace the full sill section, or it can be cut down to suit smaller repair areas.

WHY REPLACE YOUR LOWER SILL PANEL?

The lower sill is a common rust area on classic Minis, especially where moisture and road grime collect over time. Once corrosion takes hold, the sill can quickly become weak, untidy and difficult to repair properly with small patches.

Using a full-length repair panel gives the body shop or restorer a much cleaner starting point, helping restore strength, shape and appearance along the lower body line.

IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTE

This panel is supplied at 1.4 metres long and can be trimmed to suit the repair required.

As with all body repair panels, test fitting, trimming and preparation may be required before welding and final finishing.
