The boot floor is one of the most common rust areas on any Classic Mini. Years of trapped moisture, leaking boot seals, wet carpets, and battery acid exposure often leave the rear floor section severely corroded long before the rest of the car shows major damage.

To properly repair the problem, B.M.H. British Motor Heritage manufacture this complete boot floor assembly from the original factory tooling, giving excellent fit, strength, and factory appearance.

This complete section extends from the:

• Rear bumper lip / beaver panel
• Through the entire boot floor
• Up to the rear seat pan

All formed as one continuous pressing for maximum strength and authenticity.

The assembly also includes a brand new battery box, making it an ideal solution for restorations where corrosion around the battery area has spread into the surrounding floor sections.

Although the panel is designed as a full replacement assembly, it is now so cost effective that many restorers purchase it simply to cut out and use the individual repair sections they require.
