MINI & MOKE HILOS – FIA APPROVED – ADJUSTABLE RIDE HEIGHT [HILO]

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

FIA approved adjustable Hi-Lo suspension kit to suit Mini and Moke rubber cone suspension.

Each kit includes one pair of adjustable Hi-Lo trumpets and nylon knuckle cups, suitable for fitting to either the front or rear of the vehicle. These allow the ride height to be adjusted accurately, making them ideal for setting vehicle stance, compensating for settled rubber cones, or fine-tuning suspension height during restoration, road use or competition setup.

For rear fitment, sleeved rear rods are required separately.

IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTE

This kit will fit either the front or rear, however rear fitment requires the sleeved rod kit [HILO-01].

For a complete vehicle set, you will need 2 Hi-Lo kits plus 1 rear sleeved rod kit [HILO-01]. A complete car set is also available as [HILO-SET].

RIDE HEIGHT GUIDE

As a general factory-style guide:

• 12″ wheel cars were approximately 9.75″ from ground to sill at the front and 11″ at the rear
• 10″ wheel cars were approximately half an inch lower at front and rear
• Early 10″ wheel cars could be around 1″ lower at the rear

These heights can vary depending on rubber cone age, suspension condition and how much the cones have settled over time.

WHY FIT ADJUSTABLE HI-LOS?

Adjustable Hi-Los give proper control over ride height rather than relying on fixed suspension trumpets. They are a smart upgrade when rebuilding suspension, replacing sagged rubber cones, or setting up a Mini or Moke for improved stance and handling.
