MINI MK3 UK SERVO SINGLE LINE ONLY – INCLUDE FITTING KIT – [SEN43]

Original remote vacuum assisted brake power booster kit, suitable for Mk3 Cooper S and 1275GT Mini single circuit brake systems.

This kit is now supplied as a universal fitting kit and replaces the booster previously sold on its own, at no greater expense. The supplied brackets are universal-style brackets for broader vehicle fitment, not the original Cooper S or 1275GT factory-style brackets.

Known as the No6 type, this booster gives approximately 2:1 power assistance, similar to the factory-fitted remote brake boosters.

WHY FIT A BRAKE BOOSTER?

A brake booster is considered an essential upgrade for vehicles fitted with disc brakes, helping provide a much lighter and more confident brake pedal feel.

By reducing pedal effort, this booster makes the braking system easier to operate, especially in traffic or spirited driving where consistent brake feel matters.

IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTES

The original Mini-style brackets as fitted to the Cooper S Mk3 are available separately as [21A2254] or as kit [MSSK007].

We also recommend fitting an inline valve, available as [17H2646], to help prevent fuel contamination from damaging the booster’s rubber diaphragm.

The air breather valve on the booster should be positioned facing straight down, or angled 30 to 45 degrees up from straight down.
