Timken brand tapered rear wheel bearing kit to suit Mini and Moke rear hubs.

The Mini Cooper S was originally fitted with heavy duty tapered rear wheel bearings, and this stronger bearing style can also be used on other Mini and Moke applications. Tapered roller bearings offer excellent load support and are a smart choice for owners wanting durability, reliability and easier future maintenance.

This kit includes the inner and outer bearings, grease, spacer, seals and split pin required for one rear wheel to replace one rear wheel bearing.

WHY CHOOSE TIMKEN TAPERED BEARINGS?

Tapered roller bearings are stronger than the basic ball bearing type and are better suited to long-term service.

They are also easier to remove, clean, inspect and re-pack, making them ideal for preventative maintenance. For classic Minis and Mokes that are regularly driven, upgraded or restored properly, quality rear wheel bearings are cheap insurance against noise, play and premature hub wear.

IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTE

Always inspect the rear hub, spacer and bearing surfaces during fitment, and ensure the bearings are packed and adjusted correctly before the vehicle is returned to the road.
