A Lightened Heavy duty long clutch lever arm to suit Mini and Moke pre-Verto clutch systems.

This upgraded lightened clutch arm replaces the old thin arm version and is designed to provide improved strength and reliability in the clutch operating system while being light. The clutch lever arm is a key part of the clutch mechanism, transferring movement from the slave cylinder through to the clutch release assembly.

Because the clutch hydraulics are powerful enough to bend the ball end of the arm if the clutch is incorrectly adjusted, fitting a stronger arm is only part of the job. Correct clutch adjustment is essential for smooth operation and long service life.

IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTE

Always adjust the clutch correctly after installation. Incorrect adjustment can allow the hydraulic system to over-travel and bend the ball end of the clutch arm, whether the arm is an old genuine part or a new replacement.

Check the clevis pins, slave cylinder, return spring and clutch stop adjustment while fitting this arm.
