PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Two-piece primary gear oil seal tool, commonly known as a clutch seal tool, designed to help fit the primary gear oil seal correctly and squarely.

This tool makes a tricky job much easier by protecting the new seal from damage during installation. The sleeve slides over the primary gear splines to prevent the seal lip from being cut or torn, while the outer body presses the seal evenly into position.

A very useful workshop tool for Mini and Moke clutch, flywheel and primary gear work.

WHY USE THIS TOOL?

The primary gear oil seal is easy to damage if it is pushed over the gear splines without protection or installed unevenly.

This tool helps prevent seal lip damage and ensures the seal is pressed home square, reducing the risk of oil leaks after the clutch and flywheel assembly has been refitted.

WORKSHOP NOTE

The inner sleeve protects the seal membrane as it passes over the primary gear splines. The outer body then seats the seal evenly by tightening the flywheel bolt, giving a clean and controlled installation.
