BRAIDED WIRING LOOM – MINI & COOPER

High-quality braided wiring loom to suit Morris Mini Mk1 models from 1964–1967, including Mini and Cooper variants fitted with key start and generator charging system.

This loom is cloth covered for an authentic period-correct appearance, making it ideal for restoration work where originality matters. It is designed for vehicles using a generator, not alternator, and suits Minis fitted with a voltage stabiliser from 1964 onwards.

This loom also includes wiring for the oil filter warning light. However, very few cars still retain a functioning oil light switch on the filter head, so this loom is commonly supplied and fitted to cars without the oil filter light switch. Any unused extra wires can simply be ignored or safely secured during installation.

Supplied complete with rear loom, giving you a proper replacement wiring solution for restoring reliability and tidying up old, brittle or modified original wiring.

This loom does not suit alternator-equipped vehicles. When fitting to earlier vehicles, there may be additional leads due to the voltage stabiliser wiring used from 1964 onwards.
