Payen composite reinforced head gasket to suit Mini and Moke 1275cc large bore A-Series engines.

This latest type gasket is stamped [AF470] and is the standard composite reinforced head gasket used by Rover on large bore engines. It is asbestos free and features the special black sealing ring for the rocker oil feed, helping provide a reliable seal in the correct application.

Proven over time as an excellent quality head gasket, this is a strong choice for standard and mild performance 1275 engine rebuilds where dependable sealing and correct fitment are important.

IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTE

This gasket includes the rocker oil feed sealing ring and is suitable where that sealing arrangement is required.

For performance engines and 8-port alloy heads where the rocker feed sealing ring should not be used, consider alternative gaskets such as [TAM1521] with 3.3cc compressed volume, [GEG300] with 3.4cc compressed volume, or composite type [C-AHT189].
