MINI & MOKE LOWER STABILISER UPGRADE KIT – RIGHT HAND ONLY [MSSK]

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Right-hand lower engine stabiliser upgrade kit to suit Mini and Moke models, especially vehicles fitted with rod change gearboxes.

In standard form, engine movement is mainly controlled by the upper stabiliser bar. Over time, especially on cars driven harder or fitted with rod change transmissions, this can allow excessive engine movement. In serious cases, the original bulkhead stabiliser bracket can crack or break away, creating a much bigger repair job.

This lower stabiliser kit adds extra engine and gearbox support from the lower clutch/flywheel housing area back to the rear leg of the front subframe. It helps reduce engine movement, improves driveline stability and gives added protection to the original upper stabiliser mounting point.

WHY FIT A LOWER STABILISER KIT?

Excessive engine movement can affect gear change feel, increase stress on mounts and place extra load on the original upper stabiliser bracket.

Adding a lower stabiliser is a smart upgrade for any Mini or Moke that is driven regularly, fitted with a rod change gearbox or running a modified engine. It helps keep the engine and gearbox more securely controlled under acceleration, braking and gear changes.

A left-hand kit is also available separately under [MSSK001]. Either side can be fitted on its own, or both sides can be used together for maximum engine and gearbox control.
