This complete kit is designed to cover the common gaskets and seals required when rebuilding, resealing or repairing the engine and gearbox assembly. It suits all common Mini and Moke engine types and sizes, making it a practical kit to have when carrying out major mechanical work.

The kit includes the Mini Spares Evolution clutch oil seal, differential oil seals and the later rigid half moon seal used by Rover to help stop oil leaks without needing to split the engine and gearbox.

WHY CHOOSE A COMPLETE GASKET AND SEAL KIT?

When rebuilding or resealing a Mini or Moke engine and gearbox, it makes sense to replace the gaskets and seals properly while the assembly is apart.

Old gaskets can become brittle, compressed or oil-soaked, while old seals can harden and leak. This kit gives you the main sealing components needed to help reduce oil leaks and keep the engine and gearbox cleaner, drier and more reliable.

IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTE

The rigid half moon seal [CAM6548] was introduced by Rover for warranty repair work to help stop leaks without splitting the engine and gearbox.

If this kit is being used on a Cooper S, the Cooper S differential seals [AHU1082] will need to be purchased separately.

This kit includes rubber tappet cover seals [12A1175] only. If early cork tappet cover gaskets are required, order [12A1139] separately.
