Dog leg top engine steady bracket to suit Mini and Moke A-Series engine steady assemblies.

This bracket is fitted at the engine end of the top engine stabiliser arm and helps retain the steady arm bushes correctly in position. The top engine steady is important for controlling engine movement under acceleration, braking and gear changes.

A worn, bent, missing or damaged bracket can allow unwanted movement in the steady assembly, leading to engine rock, knocking noises, split bushes and extra stress on exhaust, mounts and linkages.
