Replacement rubber front seat diaphragm to suit Morris and Leyland Mini front seats.

The seat diaphragm is the rubber support base fitted underneath the front seat. After years of use, the original rubber can become hard, stretched, cracked or completely broken, causing the seat to sag and leaving the driver or passenger sitting far too low.

If your Mini has developed that “low rider” seating position, replacing the seat diaphragm is one of the simplest ways to restore proper seat support, comfort and driving position.

WHY REPLACE IT?

A worn or broken seat diaphragm can make the seat feel collapsed, uncomfortable and unsupported. Replacing it helps restore the original seat height and gives both driver and passenger a firmer, more comfortable seating position.

Please check the size of your existing seat rubber before ordering. It should measure approximately 390mm x 395mm.
