Dash mounted ignition switch and key to suit Morris Mini Mk1, Mk2, early Mk3 and Mini Moke applications.

This is the 3-position spring-loaded ignition switch used on early-style dash mounted ignition setups. It operates in the standard Off / Ignition / Start sequence, with the start position spring-loaded so it returns after cranking.

A worn ignition switch can cause starting faults, intermittent ignition power, loose key operation or unreliable electrical contact. Replacing the switch is a sensible repair during wiring work, restoration or when the original switch has become worn or damaged.
