Left-hand door lock and catch assembly to suit right-hand drive Mk1 Mini sliding window / 850 style doors.

If your Mk1 sliding window Mini is suffering from terminal “door handle sag”, the internal door latch mechanism may be worn or tired. Replacing the latch assembly can help restore proper door handle operation and improve the way the door locks, catches and closes.

This is the left-hand side latch for a right-hand drive car and is suitable for slide window / 850 window door applications only.

WHY REPLACE YOUR DOOR LOCK?

This lock and catch assembly suits left-hand sliding window / 850 style doors on right-hand drive cars only.

On this setup, the right-hand door locks through the outer door handle, while the left-hand door locks through the latch mechanism itself. Please check your door type before ordering.
