Right-hand top door hinge to suit Minis fitted with external door hinges.

External hinges are one of the most recognisable early Mini features, but worn hinges can cause door sag, poor alignment and difficulty closing the door correctly. Replacing a worn or damaged hinge helps restore proper door fitment and keeps the vehicle looking and functioning as it should.

This hinge is supplied with new studs, nuts and washers for fitment.

WHY REPLACE YOUR DOOR HINGE?

Worn external hinges can allow the door to drop, making it harder to line up with the striker and close smoothly. Left too long, this can also place extra strain on the door, A-panel and latch area.

A fresh hinge helps restore correct door alignment, improves closing action and gives the car a cleaner, more properly finished appearance.

IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTE

This hinge uses gaskets [BMP135] on the A-panel side and [ALA7844] on the door side.

The supplied studs feature Allen socket ends to make installation easier and help prevent damage during fitting.
