Right-hand disc brake caliper to suit Mini and Moke 8.4″ solid disc brake setups.

This caliper is suitable for the 8.4″ disc brake arrangement as fitted in Australia to 13″ wheel Mokes and LS disc brake models. It was also used in the UK on all Minis from 1984 onward, along with 1275GT models from 1974 and some special models.

A worn, seized or leaking caliper can cause poor braking, uneven pad wear, brake drag or the vehicle pulling to one side under braking. Replacing the caliper helps restore safe, reliable brake performance.

WHY REPLACE YOUR CALIPER?

The front brake caliper is a safety-critical part of the braking system. If the piston is sticking, the seals are leaking or the caliper is badly worn, braking performance can become unreliable and uneven.

Replacing the caliper is a sensible step when rebuilding the front brakes, converting to disc brakes or repairing a system that has been sitting for a long period.
