MINI & MOKE DRUM BRAKE SHOES – REAR +0.060″ OVERSIZE – SET OF 4 – REBONDED [1332X]

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Rebonded rear drum brake shoe set to suit Mini and Moke models with brake drums machined to +.060″ oversize.

These oversize brake shoes are required when the rear brake drums have been machined out to .060″, which is the legal machining limit. Using the correct oversize shoes is important, as standard shoes may not make proper contact with the drum surface once the drum has been machined oversize.

This set includes 4 shoes, enough to service both rear drum brake assemblies. They were also used on the front brakes of early single-leading Mini 850 style drum brake setups.

IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTE

The brake drum internal diameter must be checked before ordering or fitting. These shoes are only suitable where the drums have been machined to +.060″ oversize.

SAFETY NOTE

Brake components are safety-critical. Always inspect the drums, wheel cylinders, adjusters, return springs and brake hoses during installation. After fitting, the brakes must be correctly adjusted and tested before road use.
