PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Pin drive oil pump to suit Mini Cooper S 1275 engines.

This pump is specifically for Cooper S motors and features the longer shaft required for the Cooper S pin drive setup. It is not the same as the small bore pin drive oil pump, so correct identification is important before ordering.

The oil pump is one of the most critical parts of the engine’s lubrication system. A worn or incorrect pump can cause poor oil pressure, increased engine wear and serious internal damage, making this an important part to replace during a proper Cooper S engine rebuild.

IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTE

This oil pump is only used in Cooper S engines and should not be confused with the small bore pin drive pump.

TECH NOTE

The engine block will need to be drilled and tapped in one of the mounting threads during fitment.

We recommend checking pump drive engagement, gasket fitment and oil pressure during assembly before final engine installation.
