Lower dash chrome moulding strip to suit classic Mini dashboard trim.

This brightwork moulding finishes off the lower edge of the dash area, giving the interior a cleaner and more complete factory-style appearance. It fits along the crash pad rail area, or on earlier cars, the painted metal panel surface that holds the switch panel section.

A simple but important finishing trim for restorations, interior tidy-ups or replacing missing, damaged or dull original dash moulding.

WHY REPLACE THIS MOULDING?

Interior trim makes a big difference to the finished look of a classic Mini. A missing, bent or dull lower dash moulding can make the cabin look unfinished, even when the rest of the interior is tidy.

Replacing the lower dash chrome strip helps restore the correct factory-style detail and gives the dash area a sharper, cleaner appearance.

IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTE

This moulding was fitted to Minis until factory wooden dashboards were introduced from 1994, when this trim was phased out.

It was never fitted to twin point injection cars. Please check your dash style before ordering.
